Biomed assumes no responsibility for customs delays, seizures, or import restrictions. The Buyer expressly waives any claim against Biomed related to customs actions.

Violations of affiliate program policies, including but not limited to:
• Bidding on the “Biomed” name or related trademarks in PPC campaigns,
• Promoting on discount code or coupon websites, or
• Engaging in self-purchases to earn commission
may result in termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. Terminated affiliates may not re-enroll in the program.
