    •    You understand that certain compounds may not be listed on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory and accept full responsibility for verifying compliance for your intended use.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

This indemnity includes any action taken by a third party resulting from the Buyer’s actions or omissions.

ORDERING, SHIPPING & RETURNS

    •    Shipping Address: The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Biomed is not responsible for delays, losses, or reshipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
    •    Return Policy: Due to safety and contamination risks, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed.
    •    Customs & Importation: International Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their country’s importation laws allow for the purchase of research-use materials. Biomed assumes no responsibility for customs delays, seizures, or import restrictions. The Buyer expressly waives any claim against Biomed related to customs actions.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Biomed reserves the right to modify or terminate its affiliate program or terms at any time.
Violations of affiliate program policies, including but not limited to:
    •    Bidding on the “Biomed” name or related trademarks in PPC campaigns,
    •    Promoting on discount code or coupon websites, or
    •    Engaging in self-purchases to earn commission
may result in termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. Terminated affiliates may not re-enroll in the program.
